60-MINUTE ONLINE SESSION

One-Time Immigration Application Review

For NIW, EB-1A, O-1, I-485, H-1B, F-1, visitor visas or consular processing: provide all relevant documents and questions at least three business days before a 60-minute online meeting. The attorney reads them in advance and gives specific oral feedback; line-by-line edits are not included.

HOW WE WORK WITH PETITION CLIENTS

Four elements of our approach; specific service terms are set out in the engagement agreement.

We find the strengths, not just file the materials

We do not write from the folder you send us. We go through your record, ask questions and look for evidence you did not know counted.

Guidance on strengthening your record

Where the record is not yet ready and the plan is realistic, we may advise some clients, at no charge, on how to build it legitimately before filing.

Approve-or-refile option

For eligible clients whose signed engagement agreement includes this option, we will prepare and refile a denied petition without an additional attorney fee, subject to the agreed scope and conditions. Government filing fees and third-party costs are not included unless expressly agreed.

RFE responses included

For full-representation petitions, an RFE response is included when specified in the engagement agreement; stand-alone review services are separate.

RESEARCH-BASED IMMIGRATION

We read the work. Then we build the case.

For research-focused NIW, EB-1A and O-1 matters, we examine achievements, their documented significance and the legal criteria. Independent use of an applicant’s work can be helpful evidence, but no single metric determines eligibility.

We read the citing papersNot just the count: who cited you, whether they are independent of you, and what they built on your work.
We look for what you have not documentedReviewer invitations, adoption by other groups, talks, patents, industry use: strengths most researchers leave off the CV.
Gaps come firstYou get a list of what is missing before filing and, for some clients, guidance at no charge on how to fill it legitimately.
One story across every documentThe endeavor and the facts match in the petition letter, your statement and each recommendation letter, because officers compare them.
Letters with distinct voicesWriters with different relationships to your work, each pointing to exhibits, none of them interchangeable.
RFE support & selected-client refilingRFE representation depends on the full-service engagement; approve-or-refile is a real option for selected eligible clients under their written agreement.
Chinese and English, in-houseAttorneys educated in China and the United States read your CV, institutions and journals directly, with no translator in between.
